TESTIMONIAL

Confederation Centre of the Arts

A number of years ago, Alfred Larter, then with a smaller company, approached me requesting the opportunity to bid on my yearly lamp purchase. Because I had a good working relationship with another company, I was reluctant to comply. But in the end I did. And to my surprise, Alfred's quote was thousands of dollars below the nearest competitor. Needless to say, Alfred won the contract. I phoned Alf. late one afternoon to thank him and give him a P.O.for the lamps. To my amazement, the whole lamp order (in excess of $10,000 ) was sitting on my loading dock the next morning at 9:00. Keep in mind that I am located on Prince Edward Island, a long way from the nearest lamp storage facility. Now that's service.

Since then, Alfred and Christie Lites Sales have been the major supplier of lighting equipment to the Confederation Centre. Together we have done two major retrofits, including consoles, moving lights, distrubution, networks and over 700 circuits and dimmers. Throughout this process, and it was a process, Alfred Larter, Bob Johnston, and the whole Christie Lites Sales organzation have been more than 100 percent behind me every step of the way. Alf will do anything to make sure that issues encountered along the way are resolved very quickly and to my satisfaction. We at Confederation Centre have a great working relationship with Christie Lites Sales and, as a bonus, I have made some good friends, like Alf and Bob. I like the Christie service philophosy and the way they do buisness. I look forward to continuing this successful relationship for many years.
