Aaron Lobo is the Vice President of Operations responsible for the Purchasing and Logistics functions at Christie Lites Sales. Tasked with helping revamp the Accounting department at Christie Lites’ Toronto office, Aaron came to the company in 2010 with a varied Accounting background in the public and private sector. With the ambition to drive business results, Aaron quickly found himself in a leadership role in Operations where he has spent the last decade using the levers of systems and processes to enable growth and scalability. Developing the ability to capture and leverage good data has been a primary focus for Aaron, which materialized into the implementation of new ERP and WMS solutions and have supported a growing organization.

Aaron holds a business degree in Accounting and Finance from Ryerson University (now Toronto Metropolitan University). When not at work, you’ll find Aaron playing soccer or volleyball, re-discovering life’s simple pleasures with his two young children, or planning new adventures with his wife.
